KAWEESI MURDER SUSPECTS TO BE COMPENSATED FOR TORTURE

The High court in Kampala has ordered that the 22 tortured suspects in the murder of AIGP Felix Kaweesi be compensated , 80mshs each attracting an interest of 20percent.

This is after presiding judge Magret oguli Oumo ruled that their rights to life and liberty were violated by government security officers yet they are mere suspects and innocent till proved guilty.
